RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for returning items using a reliable tracked parcel courier service, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product supplied.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the parcel appears damaged or incorrect, do not open the packaging and contact us immediately.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange a replacement or refund.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you purchased the wrong product or no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days provided that:
• The product is unopened and unused
• The item remains in original unopened packaging
• The product is in pristine, resalable condition
• Proof of purchase is provided
Please note:
• Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned
• A 20% restocking fee may apply at the store owner's discretion
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
• Opened or used fragrances
• Special order items
• Products not returned in original pristine condition and packaging
PRODUCT IMAGES & PACKAGING
Product images on our website are for illustration purposes only.
Manufacturers may update packaging, bottle design, labels, or outer boxes without notice. The product you receive may differ slightly from images shown while remaining authentic and identical in brand, size, and formulation.
Packaging variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for return or refund.
FRAGRANCE VARIATIONS
Fragrances may vary slightly due to natural ingredient variations, manufacturer reformulations, or batch differences.
These variations are normal within the fragrance industry and do not constitute a product defect once a product has been opened or used.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change a product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 6 business days after the return has been received and processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
FRAGRANCE AUTHENTICITY
All fragrances sold by Scent Bar are 100% genuine and sourced through authorized international fragrance distributors.
Manufacturer batch codes and packaging identifiers are used to verify authenticity and production origin. Products returned with missing, altered, or tampered batch codes, labels, or packaging will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms of Service, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.
PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGE-BACKS
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to contact Scent Bar first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or charge-back with your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized charge-backs initiated without first contacting us may be considered a breach of our Terms of Service. In such cases we reserve the right to provide order records, delivery confirmation, and acceptance of store policies to the payment provider to contest the dispute.
Customers who initiate fraudulent or abusive charge-backs may have future purchases declined and may be subject to further action.
