SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

For safety and transit compliance, fragrances are shipped using approved carrier networks.

DISPATCH TIME
Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
During peak periods dispatch times may be slightly longer.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days depending on location.
*Express Shipping: 1–4 business days.

Delivery time-frames are estimates only and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

TRACKING
All orders include tracking. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your parcel has been dispatched.

*Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear and be forwarded

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

If Authority To Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout, the courier may leave the parcel at the delivery address without obtaining a signature.

Once a parcel is delivered under ATL instructions, Scent Bar cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Due to the increasing risk of parcel theft, customers may prefer to have their high value order delivered with signature required or collected from their local Post Office or courier depot where available.

RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS
All products are carefully packed to ensure safe transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and the product so we can arrange a replacement under our transit insurance.

DELIVERY INQUIRIES
If your order has not arrived within 7–10 business days, please contact us and include your order number.
