All fragrances sold by Scent Bar are genuine products sourced from authorized international distributors and fragrance suppliers.

Manufacturer batch codes, packaging identifiers, and production markings are used to verify authenticity and origin. Products returned with missing, altered, or tampered batch codes, labels, or packaging may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS
If you select Bank Transfer (EFT) as your payment method, your order will be processed once cleared funds are received.

If you provide a bank generated proof of payment (POP) quoting your order number, we may release your order prior to funds clearing.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All orders must be paid in full before goods are processed and dispatched unless otherwise agreed.

Once your order is accepted, an order confirmation and summary will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

BACK ORDERS
If a product becomes temporarily unavailable after purchase and your order is placed on back order, we will notify you. If you prefer not to wait, we can arrange an alternative product or provide a refund.

PAYMENT QUERIES
If any charge appears on your account that does not match your understanding of your purchase please contact us at hello@scentbar.com.au

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
